Grill: Spray the grill pan with some cooking spray or brush with a bit of olive oil.Make sauce: Meanwhile combine all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and whisk well.Generously season lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Prep grill and lamb: Heat a grill pan over high heat until almost smoking.Red chili flakes – Use as much or little as you like.Sesame oil – Toasted if you can find it.Rice vinegar – White wine vinegar or regular white vinegar will work too.Olive oil – Avocado, sunflower, safflower, canola, or vegetable oils can be used instead.I also used lamb loin chops here, but I’ve made this recipe with lamb rib chops as well, so both types of chops work. ![]()
